Special Diet with a reduced protein content is designed to offer a complete food with a reduced protein content and at the same time a higher fat content. A high protein content can strain the kidneys. This easily digestible food has a low phosphate and sodium content. So this gentle complete diet can be a useful aid in the relief of the kidneys. Dogs with acute kidney problems should be presented to a veterinarian.

Composition
Complete feed for adult dogs.
Composition: rice, chicken, corn, poultry fat, beef, eggs, salmon, sunfloweroil, yeast, minerals.
Analytical Constituents: crude protein 4.8%, crude fat 6.5%, crude fibre 0.5%, crude ash 1.3%, moisture 76%, calcium 0.23%, phosphorus 0.12%, sodium 0.05%.
Additives/kg: Nutritional additives: vitamins A (E672) 2,000IU, D3 (E671) 200IU, E 25mg, zinc (E6, as zinc sulphate) 15mg, manganese (E5, as manganese sulphate) 3mg, iodine (E2, as iodate) 0.75mg.
Feeding advice:
Approx. 1 tin of 400g per 10kg bodyweight. From 40kg bodyweight about 250-300g feed per 10kg bodyweight. It is best to feed 2-3 times per day, so the stomach of the dog is engaged and will not get overburdened. Treats should not be given additionally.
